美食寄语
俗话说“民以食为天”，可见“食”是被国人奉为**位。如果仅以“食”而食，那么食起到的作用也仅仅是果腹而已。而在这里我想说的是“美食”，那是一种生活乐趣，更是一种生活品味。苏东坡曾题诗到：“秦烹惟羊羹，陇馔有熊腊”；陆游亦有诗“东门买彘骨，醢酱点橙薤。蒸鸡较知名，美不数鱼鳖”；杜甫虽不谓是美食家，可也留下了“青青竹笋迎船出,白白红鱼入馔来”的诗句，可见在中国源远流长的文化长河中“美食”亦占有一席地位。然而何谓美食？我觉得只要是：用心去烹制的，加上自己对味道的感知；而较重要的，是要投入你的感情，那就是美食的真谛！
