美食寄语

俗话说“民以食为天”,可见“食”是被国人奉为**位。如果仅以“食”而食,那么食起到的作用也仅仅是果腹而已。而在这里我想说的是“美食”,那是一种生活乐趣,更是一种生活品味。苏东坡曾题诗到:“秦烹惟羊羹,陇馔有熊腊”;陆游亦有诗“东门买彘骨,醢酱点橙薤。蒸鸡较知名,美不数鱼鳖”;杜甫虽不谓是美食家,可也留下了“青青竹笋迎船出,白白红鱼入馔来”的诗句,可见在中国源远流长的文化长河中“美食”亦占有一席地位。然而何谓美食?我觉得只要是:用心去烹制的,加上自己对味道的感知;而较重要的,是要投入你的感情,那就是美食的真谛!
